HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT

Exercise in weight gain and healthy diet are very much needed. If you want to increase your weight, then add nutrients to your diet. Make a diet chart for this and follow it. To increase weight, calories, fat, protein and carbohydrate are very much needed in the diet. Therefore, take care of these things while making your diet chart and incorporate them all. Weight Gain Foods

Add potatoes to your regular diet. Potatoes contain carbohydrates and complex sugar which helps in increasing weight. For this, you can eat potatoes in any way, but try that they will not be too much fried.

Ghee

Ghee will also increase your weight as it contains a good amount of saturated fats and calories. You can also eat ghee by eating it or eating it with sugar, but keep in mind that the quantity of ghee is limited.

Egg

If fat and calories are enough in the egg and consumed by it daily, then the weight will increase, but keep in mind that even if you do not eat raw eggs, this can lead to serious health problems.

If we drink a raw egg by mixing in milk then it also makes our head hair stronger.

Banana

The best way to increase weight is banana food. If you consume banana daily, weight will increase. Banana contains plenty of calories that not only gives energy to the body, but also helps in weight gain. Banana can also be eaten with milk, besides making banana shake you can take it too.

Almond

Almond is also very effective in weight gain. For this, soak 3-4 almonds in water overnight and grind it the next day and drink it in milk and drink it. Do this daily for one month, the effect will be seen.

Peanut Butter

Weight can also be increased by peanut butter. You can also eat it, such as by applying bread or with bread. Peanut butter contains high calorie intake as well as carbohydrates are also abundant.

Healthy Sweet Fruits

such as mango, papaya, banana and pineapple are helpful in increasing weight. They contain natural sugar which is a good source of energy. Avocado is a good option for those people who want to increase the weight. So add these sweet and healthy fruits to your diet as salads, desserts or smoothies.

Cheese

Dried Fruits

dry fruits are good sources of calories, nutrients and fiber (fiber). So add raisins, almonds, walnuts and cashew nuts to your diet. A cup of raisins contains about 449 calories, whereas one cup of almond contains 529 calories.

Fatty Milk

fat milk can be used with oatmeal, serials, or it can also be sipped by adding chocolate. It is rich in calories and contains vitamin D and A. Use fat milk instead of fat-free milk, so that you can increase the weight quickly. A glass of fat milk contains about 120 – 150 calories.

Yoghurt

To increase weight quickly, you should include yogurt daily in your diet. By eating fruit curd, you can increase daily by up to 118 calories.

Enough Sleep

If sleep is not seen by people adding to weight gain and if it is said that by taking enough sleep, if the weight increases, then it will be considered a joke, while it is true. When people sleep enough that they sleep for at least 8 hours, their body will get relief and when they get relief, whatever they eat, they will definitely show their effect.
