HOW TO MAKE MILK TEA

Milk tea is also known as Chai. Tea is not less than any herb for the people. If you have a headache then a strong tea, if a cold cough then a ginger tea, if a fever then a spice tea. Tea has become an important part of our daily needs. There will be only a few people in your life who do not drink tea. But sometimes it happens that you go to the kitchen to make tea with a lot of heart and it should not be according to your taste.

Tea always becomes perfect, this does not happen. In such a situation, we are telling that if you adopt this easy method, then tea will always give a perfect taste.

Let us make a perfect tea for 4 people

  • Add 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk to the pot.
  • Now keep it boiling on the gas. When the milk and water mixture comes to a boil, reduce the flame.
  • Then add 2 to 3 tea spoons of tea leaves, a spoon of chopped ginger and a small cardamom in the mixture.
  • Cook the tea on low heat (for 2 – 3 minutes).
  • After this, turn off the gas, then filter the tea in a cattle and serve in cups.
